Scope:

This role is the primary resource for operational functions associated with driving revenue and margin for assigned retail accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:Key functions will include demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, POS & trend analysis, trade spend management, daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational performanceThis position plays an important role monitoring real time business issues, interpreting data and suggesting immediate action plans to address issues or take advantage of opportunitiesThe role will work with Tupperware internal stake holders to ensure business issues are communicated and acted upon in a timely manner as well as with direct account contactsBecome a leading resource on customer specific needs and requirements while providing timely communication to both the account and company ensuring you meet the needs and requirements of bothCoordinate and track sales performance to promotional expectations with sales analyst and help formulate a future shipment plan based on the resultsWork closely with customer demand planning teams, Sales Director and Replenishment Manager on all aspects of forecasting, inventory planning, orders, and supply chain managementInput customer forecasts and price lists into Oracle systemsCollaborate with team to conduct periodic meetings with customers' replenishment teams to review recent results and confirm changes affected positively and negatively to the salesAssist Sales team partners to contribute to the annual budget planning processCoordinate customers' domestic/import orders with supply chain both in planning and availability datesWork with Sales Director on trade spend managementInput confirmed promotional plans into forecasting systemWork with Accounting department in reconciling customers monthly/quarterly vendor income true-upCoordinate monthly vendor income collection with retail partnerPartner with the Sales Director to coordinate and build customer presentations, monthly business reviews, weekly flash reports and monthly consensus deckQuickly develop a working knowledge of the assigned business from both a product and consumer basis for our product and our competitionsCommunicate to internal partners weekly in-stocks/out of stock's along with a get-well strategyCreate and assist with managing the annual Joint Business Plan for all departmentsProvide monthly financial update and conduct a deep dive analysis into key operational/sales performance metricsExperience or Training:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industryRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to draw insights across multiple complex data sets and incorporate into decision-makingMust have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in the MS Office SuiteStrong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environmentDemonstrated experience managing projects/initiatives, including communications to managementMust be detail oriented, able to set priorities, and juggle several tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitudeAbility to anticipate and/or identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerAbility to travel 4 times per yearEnglish Language Proficiency (Bi-Lingual Preferred)Remote Location
