It starts with YOU.As the Senior Talent Business Partner, you will partner with the K-C North America Sales Leaders & General Managers for Canada, and their leadership teams to navigate in a constantly changing environment to accelerate performance through our people, our culture, and our organization.In this role, you will:Develop and maintain a strong partnership with business leaders providing coaching where necessary and employee development best practices.Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with leaders & peers while identifying and driving solutions to meet business needs.Partner with HR COEs to execute the organization talent strategy inclusive of Talent Acquisition, IE&D, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Management.Shape and develop the talent agenda, as well as drive the execution of key initiatives, coordinating with business leaders and COEs on the program needs for the region.Design and lead organizational systems (people and processes) and key organizational capabilities.Provide guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning, and succession planning to leaders.Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.About YouYou perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:A Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, organizational management, or a related field is required.
