Western National is seeking a System Administrator III to join our team!

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to be the primary administrator for the Workday platform, which is an HRIS platform. They will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform. This includes data loads, integrations, security configuration, business processes, and security administration.

What are the responsibilities and opportunities of this role?

Provides support within the Workday HRIS platform to ensure appropriate configuration, maintenance, and upgrades are administered.Understands integrations between Workday and internal as well as external systems.Understands the Workday roadmap and upcoming product releases, can review release notes, assesses new features, and understands how they may impact business processes.Works with the IT Team to define business requirements, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for new systems or modifications to current systems integrations.Provides Workday system expertise for large, complex projects.Ensures data loads are designed, tested, and promoted properly.Provides timely updates on current and potential production issues that affect projects or production service level objectives and escalates issues when necessary.Collaborates with the security office to ensure Workday security configuration and administration is up to date with current security standards.Provides guidance and mentorship to team members.Works with System Product Owner to prioritize changes.Sees relationships between problem components and prioritizes them.Utilizes knowledge, experience, and available resources to find and implement solutions.Takes the lead and mobilizes action to resolve complex problems and / or improve processes.Consistently acts according to our customer experience standards by responding quickly, maintaining a positive attitude, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing the customer's expectations, using the proper communication channel for the situation, and taking ownership to ensure the customer's issue is resolved.Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.Requirements

What are the must-have qualifications for a candidate?

Proven aptitude for owning technical decisions and providing direction to projects and teams.Proven ability to administer system applications.Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.Expert level use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages.Expert level experience in required scripting languages.Expert level understanding of system integrations.Bachelor's degree in computer science; experience in lieu of degree acceptable.What will our ideal candidate have?

The targeted hiring range for this role is $100,530 - $122,870, annually. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and / or may be considered for other positions.
