IT Help Desk Specialist, Top Secret (SCI Eligible)

Key Responsibilities:Implements the information systems security program for assigned programs/systems in compliance with NISPOM, NIST RMF, and ICD 503 requirements. Provide IT systems administration and information assurance support for various classified systems. Applies cyber security standards including DISA STIGs, RMF security controls (SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CNSSI 1253), and Customer policies and procedures to classified computing systems. Performs Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) of security controls, to include audit log review and archive, security updates and patching, compliance scanning (SCAP), configuration management, account management, vulnerability management, and control status reporting. Assists with preparation and maintenance of security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation (e.g., IA SOP, SSP, RAR, SCTM) including participation in system categorization. Participates in security incident response as necessary, including spill remediation, intrusion and malicious code detection and investigation, reporting, and mitigations to prevent reoccurrence. Coordinates with and assists other Customer security and information systems stakeholders as required. Helps review new Government requirements and how they can be addressed.Key Internal IT Support Tasks (BlueNET): Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user and group management. (ENTRA ID) Implement and manage Azure security measures, including role-based access control (RBAC) and network security groups (NSGs). Manage MS365 user accounts, licenses, and groups. Configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Implement and manage security and compliance policies in MS365. Monitor MS365 service health and resolve issues. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks. Use PowerShell to manage Azure and MS365 environments, including bulk user management and reporting. Automate deployment and configuration tasks using PowerShell. Use deployment tools and scripts to automate the deployment process. Configure and manage Intune for device and application management. Implement policies for device compliance, configuration, and security. Monitor and report on device compliance and health. Set up and configure Windows Autopilot for device provisioning. Create and manage Autopilot profiles for different user groups. Troubleshoot and resolve Autopilot deployment issues. Implement and manage MDM policies for mobile devices. Ensure secure access to corporate resources from mobile devices. Monitor and enforce compliance with MDM policies. Implement security best practices for Azure and MS365 environments. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide technical support to end-users for Azure and MS365-related issues. Set up monitoring tools to track the health and performance of Azure and MS365 services. Generate regular reports on usage, performance, and security.Qualifications: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance. Eligible for SCI and willing to take a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph. Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience desired. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a secure or classified environment.·
