This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a service advisor at an Acura dealership with a great customer base.This is the job and dealership for you if you have a track record of high sales and top client relationship scores.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an exceptional experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements.Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane.Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by phone, text, email, or in-person.Be the liaison between our customers and technicians.Schedule appointments and assist with inbound customer requests.Greet customers promptly at their vehicle.Complete estimates and Repair Orders to standards.Provide customers with the benefits of completing recommended service.
