Program Support Specialist- FSO

**Description**NMR Consulting is seeking a Program Support Specialist/Facility Security Officer providing support to the Program Manager for MDA (Missile Defense Agency) RECS (Research and Development Enterprise Collaboration Service) Program.The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in Department of Defense Security practices and procedures.Primary Responsibilities:Administer the Facility Security Program to include submitting personnel security investigations, reinvestigations and monitoring progress of submissionsProvide direct support to personnel who inquire about clearance statusProvide initial/annual security and insider threat training to company personnelCreate/maintain records in relation to company security plans, DD254s, personnel and report documentationComply with Title 32 CFR, Part 117 National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) and the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) governing directivesPerform in/out-processing actions that include initiating access/credential and system requestsServe as the liaison between the contractor and the Government on all incoming/outgoing visit requestsPrepare and distribute organizational charts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, personnel spreadsheets, and weekly activity reportsFacilitate the timely submission of Contract Data Requirements Listings (CDRLs)Knowledge of Security practices and procedures, NISPOMKnowledge of the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)Knowledge of the National Industrial System of Security (NISS)NMR Consulting is a Equal Opportunity Employer (EoE) M/F/D/V
