Sanitation Manager
will report directly to the Quality & Production teams- and is responsible for ensuring food safety, area cleanliness, managing cleaning chemical inventory ensuring the upmost sanitation efficiency. Looking for candidates with experience in food sanitation, chemical handling and food safety. This position will be in conjunction with a QA director monitoring sanitation standard operating position (SSOPs).The ideal Sanitation Manager
will have the following skill set:Bachelor's degree5+ years' experience in a Sanitation/Quality environmentFood or beverage manufacturing environment requiredKnowledge of food safety systemsPCQI and HACCP- certified, previous experience with CIP systemsSuperior leadership abilities- communication, collaboration, organizationBilingual- Spanish is a plusThe Sanitation Manager
will have the following responsibilities:Managing annual sanitation plan, budgets- tracking critical metrics ensuring safetyIdentify ways to improve company's health and safety programsCollaborate with Quality, Production and Safety teams to ensure alignmentUtilize CIPImplement training measures that meet compliance with regulatory requirementsEnsure the plant is cleaned daily and production continuously stays on timeAudit and report non-compliance to take corrective actionLead regular sanitation meetings on the Operations teamBenefits:High opportunity for growth and promotionCompetitive base salary and bonusExcellent benefits including 401K MatchIf interested, please reach out
