The Finance Inventory Control Manager ensures all sites adhere to inventory processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. The role involves reviewing and analyzing inventory movements and working with partners to resolve discrepancies. Regular travel to all Benjamin Moore locations is required.Reporting Structure:

The Finance Inventory Control Manager will report to the VP of FP&A as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team.Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain inventory controls oversight and ensure all inventory-related policies and procedures are updated.Train site employees for cycle count and inventory-related system transactions through periodic audits.Facilitate the establishment of procedures to mitigate control deficiencies.Plan and execute periodic site audits of inventory control procedures.Compile and present monthly summary and actionable reports for business leaders.Analyze inventory stock movements to identify outliers/issues.Support continuous improvement projects by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve inventory controls.Travel to conduct unannounced cycle count audits at all Benjamin Moore locations.Provide leadership and employee development within the FP&A team.Qualifications

Required SkillsBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of experience with the ability to influence effectively across the organization.Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop direct reports.Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.Experience in integrating complex processes and designing strategic metrics.Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel to all sites of up to 25%.Minimal physical requirements for this position.Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
