Whether it’s working from home, in our offices, or a combination of the both, we trust each other to support our clients, colleagues and communities at the right time, in the right way.Your Role and What You'll Be DoingWe're currently recruiting for a talented Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our Partnership, Wills & Probate team based from our Sheffield office at least 2 days per week.The successful candidate will be joining our Partner Anne McCanns team, specifically our estate planning division. The team essentially make sure our client’s wealth is protected for them and their families and by structuring assets in a tax-efficient way, we make sure everyone is provided for in the future. We offer the full range of legal and tax expertise clients need to help plan effectively for their future and we’re experienced in dealing with complex estates, often with international elements.The role will include, but are not limited to the following services; advising on, drafting and executing wills, setting up and administering trusts to manage money, property or investments for specific people or purposes, advising on investments and wealth-holding structures and succession planning for the future so our clients business continues to thrive.About YouWe're looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive who has a passion for estate planning work and a proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals.
