Director of Entertainment – Casino Hotel with Live Music VenueQualifications:Minimum of seven years in live music venue management, ideally within a casino setting.Proven leadership skills with a history of promoting collaboration and innovation.Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of market trends.Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.Benefits:Competitive wages with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Generous 401(k) plan and childcare reimbursement.Complimentary meals, vacation time, on-site parking, and exclusive discounts.Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth.Relocation Assistance.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and coordinate all music and entertainment events on the property.Schedule performances, negotiate contracts with artists, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.Oversee the budget for the Entertainment department, ensuring all events are financially viable and profitable.Maintain relationships with talent agencies, artists, vendors, and other entertainment venues.Partner with Marketing to develop strategy for advertising, marketing, public relations, and social media for upcoming events and performances.Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and casino policies.Manage all Entertainment staff, including hiring, training, and overseeing their performance.Oversee ticket sales operations, manage the ticket sales team, and resolve ticketing issues promptly.Direct involvement in the production of all concerts, special events, conventions, and banquets.Liaise with artists' management and production teams to ensure all technical riders are met.Manage all contracts and insurance related to the venue, artists, and labor.Oversee property environmental entertainment including bands, DJs, models, and property music programming.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.KEY NOTES THAT ARE A MUST FOR THIS POSITION:Must have experience with Booking Artist - Working with Artist, their managers, and media.Must have experience with Box Office Ticket Sales - Hand Ticket Venue.Must have experience managing Production of Large Events (Company Conventions).Job Type:
