Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, healthcare administration, and supervisory experience within a dental practice setting.

Duties:

Manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and quality patient care.

Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment.

Implement and monitor financial strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.

Coordinate with dental providers to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dental practice management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to make critical decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
