We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites in Rochester, MN. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of both properties, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for both properties.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.Develop new client relationships and manage existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Benefits:
