Every one of our 'ohana needs to feel aloha and genuinely extend aloha to all, be they guests or colleagues, strangers or friends.Will work alongside the director of social media and engagement to support OUTRIGGER Resorts and Hotels’ initiatives to elevate the global portfolio of properties on social media, helping propel the brand into its next growth phase. Responsible for coordinating influencer collaborations by negotiating trades, finalizing contracts as well as working with property and content creation teams on the execution of collaborations. Will oversee social media photoshoots on-site and build relationships with influencers, while supporting the needs of the property and content creation teams. Responsible for supporting the execution of social media projects such as contests, giveaways, influencer events, influencer gifts, social media programs, and various other social media activations. Responsibilities will include reporting data and creating content for social media as needed.Minimum Requirements:

Minimum three years in brand content creation and/or social media management. Must be skilled in English reading and writing. Must be experienced in iPhone photography/videography, photo, and video editing alongside good multitasking, organization and project management skills. Preferable to have computer skills for InDesign and Lightroom. Must provide a portfolio of content creation and/or social media management. Must be able to collaborate with team members and approach challenges with positivity, curiosity, and creativity.Compensation & Benefits:
