WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services at

located in Lowell, Indiana. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed.WHAT WE NEED:Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin workFlexible schedule includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.Practice Hours: Monday - Friday varies by day, Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per dayStrong mentorship from existing providersWHAT WE OFFER:At Franciscan Physician Network we strive to create a flexible and realistic work-life balance for our providers.
