Full Job Description

As the

Chief of Staff

at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Support : Assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations on business strategies, operations, and performance metrics. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Operational Management : Oversee and manage the daily operations of the executive office. Coordinate and prioritize the CEO’s agenda, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure timely and efficient execution of projects and tasks assigned by the CEO.

Communication and Liaison : Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders. Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO.

Project Management : Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.

Leadership and Team Support : Mentor and support the executive team in achieving organizational goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing feedback and insights on various matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive support role in Telecommunications Industry (mandatory)

Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving strategic initiatives.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

You must speak Spanish and/or Portuguese natively as most of our team (95%) is based in Latin America and the Caribbean.
