We are looking for a Clinical Director to work with individuals who have substance use and Co-Occurring Disorders in New Mexico.

We have an exciting job opening for a full-time
Clinical Director . This position reports to the Executive Director.
Job Summary:
Oversee the clinical team for adults struggling with alcohol and/or drug addiction while adhering to Moonlight Mountain Recovery policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Prepare and complete all necessary documentation and record keeping.
Compose individualized daily notes that show accurate and personalized documentation regarding clients’ progress.
Lecture on substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Participate as an effective, contributing member of the interdisciplinary team.
Communicate well and maintain a positive, upbeat attitude.
Be competent and knowledgeable in ethical standards and confidentiality matters.
Work effectively within a treatment team format and understand supervision processes.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree; LCPC, LCSW in New Mexico.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Professional demeanor with persistence.
Conditions of Employment:
If you are a self-identified person in recovery from a substance use disorder, you must have a minimum of one year sobriety.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
