Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our clinical programs and services. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to our mission of helping individuals overcome addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for clinical staff, including supervision, training, and performance evaluation.Develop, implement, and monitor treatment programs and services to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Conduct regular clinical audits and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care.Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.Stay current with developments in the field of addiction treatment and integrate best practices into clinical programs.Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.Valid clinical license in the state of Maryland (e.g., LCPC, LCSW-C, LCADC).Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a substance abuse treatment setting.At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a clinical director or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Pay: $85,000-$115,000

Schedule: Full-time
