YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a Sales Account Manager at BenLink, your primary responsibilities include formulating and executing a strategic territory business plan in alignment with regional objectives and sales targets. You actively drive sales to meet monthly and annual targets while maintaining detailed documentation of sales activities in the designated CRM. Your role involves not only nurturing relationships with existing customers but also aggressively prospecting new clients.

Additionally, you collaborate with OEM partners' local teams and actively support and consult with customers on service-related matters. You play a crucial role in defining and launching new service offerings, recruiting and managing service company partners, and conducting on-site audits to ensure service quality. You enjoy attending industry events to enhance brand visibility and participating in the strategic development of business operations in North America.

QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent5+ years of documented success in service sales in a technical service environmentStrong prospecting, customer service, sales, and negotiating skills

A technical or engineering degree is a plus, but it's not required.
