WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Pricing and Quotation Specialist, you're a problem-solving master who creates detailed quotes for potential clients and encourages sales for our business. You're responsible for responding to technical and commercial requests for information and gathering information about spare and wear parts. Using parts lists, technical drawings, and project documents, you identify the appropriate parts for clients and advise them on various functions. You promptly respond to client requests, cooperate with support teams, and tackle other duties as needed to deliver excellent customer service and technical support!
ARE THE RIGHT FIT?
3+ years of experience with sales, manufacturing, installations, or customer serviceProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointHigh school diploma or equivalentCollaboration skills and ability to lead by exampleStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision and independently make important decisionsDedication to customer serviceBONUS CRITERIA :
Technical educationExperience using SAP or a similar ERP (enterprise resource planning) systemExperience with servos, motion controls, and PLCs (programmable logic controllers)Knowledge of languages in addition to English
