Job Description Activities in Oracle Health Insurance Consulting (OHI) Implementation or Development or Managed Service activity streams as a Senior / Lead Functional Consultant Roles & Responsibilities include + Lead teams or participate as Lead Consultant to design, configure, test, debug, and maintain implementation projects of the OHI products + Collaborate with other team members on assignments + Estimate tasks and meet milestones and deadlines appropriately + Report progress on tasks and projects + Lead and manage teams + Assist with respond to RFPs and building proposals + Mentor junior team members + Understand and improve consulting best practices + Strive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standards Essential Skills + Strong domain knowledge in US Health Insurance practice. + Consulting and Implementation experience in health insurance domain and / or Application implementation experience + Familiar with Oracle tech stack (Java, SQL) and Groovy scripting + Experience with Webservices (RESTful) integration development work + Development skills with Oracle Application server and database + Highly prefer prior healthcare COTS product consulting and implementation experience. + Knowledge of other Oracle products such as Fusion Financials / Documaker / Workflow / document management will be an advantage + Highly motivated, high energy individual with strong commitment to quality. + Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction. Preferred Skills + Previous work experience on direct customer exposure and Application implementation work + Prior experience of working in remote virtual teams + Technical skills for integration, data migration and OHI dynamic logic configuration + Prior knowledge and experience on areas such as Cloud, Deployment, DEVOPS, Automation tooling + Excellent communication skills and ability to lead conversations with industry leaders. + Aware of latest technologies and development practices As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impacts across the stack. 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
