What You'll Do:
IT Helpdesk Operations
Assist with the resolution of incidents that are escalated to the internal Service Desk from our external help desk provider.Professional Communications for IT
Compose communications for firmwide dissemination regarding software updates. Service interruptions and planned maintenance windowsContribute to ongoing user education via written and video mediumsAssist in the documentation of internal IT processes and solutionsIT Asset Management
Assist in management, tracking and deployment of IT assets across the firmAsset database clean-upAssess equipment for repair, replacement and disposalSpecial Projects
Assist with the continuous refinement of IT curricula for new staff onboardingResearch, compare and present findings on hardware and software solutionsCreate user guides and training materials for firmwide software rolloutsUsing tools like Microsoft Word and Excel, perform various documentation and directory/ list clean-up tasksAssist in the development of an internal IT dashboard to provide insight into key IT metrics and analyticsParticipate in system migration projects
