If you have a natural ability to lead diverse teams, build strategic and unique solutions, and drive Pwin up, apply today.Responsibilities Include:Strategic partnering across industry and vendorsGap identification and analysis driving to unique and competitive solutionsDevelopment of capture plans including technical, management, past performance, pricing strategies, and win themesRobust customer engagement leading to shaping successesWin theme and discriminator development proficiencyExperience leading story board and color team reviewsEffective use of cross business area/cross sector solutioning and resource loading to increase Pwin and drive best in class solutionsExperienced in briefings to senior leadershipFinancial acumen both in new business fund management and strategic pricingStrong collaboration and team building skillsConversant in strategic teaming and customer relationship buildingLong term strategy and campaign development for positioning in current and new marketsPartner with business development for early opportunity identification, solutioning, and shapingRequired Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelors degree and ten or more years of relevant work experienceProactive attitude and desire to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environmentSuccessful experience both managing and winning large (>$100M award) programs for the Navy marketspaceExperience leading capture teams in solution development for Navy or similar DoD customer in integration, IT, cloud, software system integration, or cybersecurity programsExperience managing captures for all common Navy contract types including leading development of solution development pricing strategiesDemonstrated success in leading multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycleAbility and desire to build and document data-driven capture strategies and plansAbility to lead diverse matrixed team comprised of Solution Architects, Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and functional support teams to develop compelling, competitive solutions for customersAbility to develop strategic pricingKnowledge of customer community, relationships, and experience with procurement organizations in the DoDFederal contracting and procurement experience and knowledgeAbility to communicate (written/oral) at the most senior levels of government and with internal executivesAbility to think strategicallyProven ability to engage with customers to advance capturesAbility to negotiate effectively with customers, industry partners, and teammatesExperience leading large Navy captures within industry-standard BD/Capture processesActive DoD Security clearancePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills:Experience leading and winning captures valued at $300M or greaterTechnical acumen, particularly in IT, cyber, DevSecOps, software development, and/or cloudPrevious experience working as a Program Manager or Capture Manager for maritime programsPay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
