The Human Resources Leader is accountable for providing human resource services for the Indiana plant in a timely and accurate manner. These services must be provided within all government regulations, in accordance with AOC corporate and plant policies, and must be accomplished in a cost-effective manner.
This position will provide human resources support to both hourly and salaried employees and will administratively support all HR functions at the plant. This position reports directly to the Corporate HR Director with a dotted line to the Plant Manager. The local HR Leader is required to work hand in hand with the Plant Manager to ensure all HR needs are met. The Plant Manager may assign additional duties to the role for plant support purposes.
