That’s why we need you, a budget analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure Army resources can make the most impact.Perform as a seasoned and qualified professional providing mission support as a budget analyst. You will handle commitment and obligations documents and accounting and budget systems for a U.S. Army client. Work across the theater with subordinate G8 contacts to ensure proper close out commitments and obligations. Work with Joint Staff and HQDA in regards to joint funding requirements. Assist with program budget projections.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience in DoD or Government budget roles, including tracking and reporting current execution in a readable, easy to understand format5+ years of performing detailed budget analysis providing solid, data informed options to senior leadersExperience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role with large complex budgets, such as $50M+Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including BI and AppsExperience with creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)Experience with creating organizational Spend PlansAbility to communicate ideas and data to senior leaders both internal and external to the organizationSecret clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:4+ years of experience with budget reporting through General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)Experience within the INDOPACOM Area of ResponsibilityExperience managing both Army funds and Joint funds, and analyzing exercise budgetsExperience with contract financial management and program planningExperience with Defense Acquisition Initiative (DAI)Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS)Experience coordinating and communicating with Joint Staff and Headquarters, Department of ArmyJoint Professional Military Education Phase I/IIDepartment of Defense Financial Management Certification Program Level II/III (DoDFMCP)Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD).
