The Sr HR Partner plays a meaningful role in driving operational people account team initiatives established in partnership with the business to deliver strategic business outcomes for T-Mobile. Employs strong strategic planning experience and discernment to understand business drivers and financial goals, and identify innovative and future focused HR solutions. Provides strategic direction, collaborating and mentoring to executive business leaders with solutions that improve business outcomes including organizational design, workforce planning, organization health and effectiveness. As a trusted coach to the executive leadership team and the Sr HR Partner is a data driven problem solver who uncovers insights and uses business intelligence to guide and influence decisions that cultivate a positive employee experience and organization efficiency.Navigate issues with resiliency in getting results for the business. This requires excellent cross functional relationship building with Strategic Advisors, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Partners to strategize solutions, leverage resources to drive initiatives, and lead all aspects of execution of program delivery of our HR Core Services.Job Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction, consulting and coaching to executive business leaders with solutions that improve business outcomes including organizational design, workforce planning, organization health and effectiveness.Drive strategic and operational plans aligned to people account team initiatives; oversees and drives program delivery.Understand business & financial drivers, competitive intelligence and identify innovative and future focused HR solutions.Interpret, analyze and uncover insights and business intelligence that influence and guide decisions (talent trending analysis, data visualization, predictive analysis, and external research) pertinent to business strategy that supports initiatives.Provide expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel on HR programs, organizational change, diversity, and development to promote a fair and equitable work environment.Collaborate with cross functional people account teams (including COEs) in order to navigate sophisticated issues with resiliency in getting results for the business.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as specified by business management as needed.Education:Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (Required)Business or HR degree (Preferred)Work Experience:7-10+ years human resources related experience (Required)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:HR Consulting, specifically related to Executive Relationship Management Consulting, Influence & Communications (Required)Strategic planning skills; strong collaboration with business partners to identify innovative and future focused HR solutions. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
