Job DescriptionProvide leadership and supervision to the commercial lines dept/unit in a growing agency environment with statewide offices. People and problem-solving skills are key to success in managing stakeholder expectations and driving success.
Salary:
$70,893.00 - $110,000.00 per year

ResponsibilitiesManagement
Establish and help to achieve annual Commercial Production goals.
Look for opportunities to grow a business through partnerships or new initiatives.
Analyze sales and other reports to adjust and achieve production goals.
Work with Carrier partners to maintain and build relationships.
Work efficiently and calmly on tight deadlines and assist President as a team member.
Accept extra duties as situations arise.
Department
Manage daily company operations and resolve issues.
Coach and conduct training for agents and employees on best practices.
Coach and train department on policy risk analysis and recommendations.
Manage House accounts by conducting annual risk analysis.
Examine company rules for relevance and implement necessary changes.
Establish individual performance goals and track performance over time.
Agent Services
Oversee agent services performed by Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers.
Requirements
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of Insurance experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Problem-solving capabilities.
Works well with others and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
