As an HRIS Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HRIS applications and IT systems. You’ll work closely with the Human Resources Director and IT Director to provide crucial support for HRIS applications, handle various IT-related tasks, and contribute to seamless HR and IT operations. Key HRIS/IT Assistant Responsibilities:HRIS Maintenance & Support:

Oversee the installation, customization, maintenance, and upgrades of the HRIS. Provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues.System Management:

Manage system permissions, access, personalization, and develop custom functions such as queries, filters, macros, and reports.Data Reporting:

Generate and compile complex data reports and summaries for executives and HR staff. Handle FlexiQuiz, surveys, and related reports.Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison:

Act as the main point of contact between HR information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS projects and implementation.Compliance & Security:

Ensure adherence to data security, privacy requirements, and system compliance. Maintain knowledge of HRIS technology trends.IT Assistance:

Assist with IT-related tasks, including equipment configuration, onboarding processes, and managing HRIS-related trouble tickets.HR Support:

Assist with employment activities, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance records within the HRIS application.Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned by management.HRIS/IT Assistant Requirements:

Minimum of an associate’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of administrative experience.Bachelor’s Degree in the above fields, with 2-3 years of HR administrative support experience preferred.Familiarity with HR/Payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Kronos) preferred.SHRM-CP, SPHR, or HRIS certifications are preferred.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to organizational goals and values.Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.Current TB Clearance or TB X-Ray.High school diploma or equivalent and/or official college transcriptsIf applicable, possession of a valid Hawaii driver's license, vehicle insurance, and safety inspection and a clean driving record verified by a Traffic Abstract.HRIS/IT Assistant Benefits:
