Summary of Job Duties:*Types forms, reports, tests, correspondence, memorandums, and various other documents, as needed.*Scans various student files for Funeral Service, LPN and ARNEC to folders on HP Drive*Retires previous year LPN and ARNEC student files to include scanning all student files to HP drive and removing all files to prepare for current year*Prepares and keeps current year LPN and ARNEC student files including keeping them up to date during the current year.*Answers telephone and routes calls or takes messages.*Schedules appointments for the Dean and oversees Hope office while Dean is in Texarkana weekly for Dean of the Day duty*Receives mail and forms that are to be taken to administrative building and distributes it appropriately.*Sorts and distributes daily incoming mail for divisional personnel.*Handles purchase requests, ordering, receiving and distributing purchases for Math, Science & Social Sciences and Health Professions division*Acts as an office receptionist by greeting and directing visitors.*Receives and prepares schedule and codes for student evaluations for Math, Science & Social Sciences and Health Professions divisions every spring and fall semesters for both Hope and Texarkana.*Meets scheduled times for student evaluations for both Hope and Texarkana.*Records minutes of advisory meeting and departmental meetings.*Other duties as assigned.* Responsible for physically doing annual division inventory and entering inventory in system* Assists with preparation of classrooms for fall classes to include bulletin boards, student desk name plates, etc.* Proctors exams for all division faculty as needed all semesters*Is available for all division faculty when faculty must be absent...to proctor exams, meet with students, etc.

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed.
