Staff Accountant

Do you have good excel skills and can thrive in a fast paced environment? We are looking for an accounting professional for a new hybrid job opportunity in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy of data entry
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Adhere to accounting principles and regulations to maintain compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay Details:
$38.00 to $42.00 per hour
