Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online.Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Support financial audits and assist with special projects as needed.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Pay Details:
$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
