Job Description :
We are looking for an
Revenue Cycle Epic Certified Analyst
to provide expert support to the Revenue Cycle and Epic teams. This role will involve working alongside the Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director to review and optimize Epic modules, enhance workflow functionality, and support reporting, training, and ticket resolution processes.
Responsibilities :• Analyze and optimize existing Epic systems, including PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker, for revenue cycle improvements.• Assist in enhancing work queue functionality to drive operational efficiency within the revenue cycle.• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Epic in collaboration with the Revenue Cycle Director.• Support the management and resolution of tickets submitted to the Epic Community Connect host.• Help improve clearinghouse functionality and claims adjudication processes.• Contribute to the creation and delivery of end-user training materials for Epic and revenue cycle functionalities.
Required Skills:• Epic PB certification(s) is required.• Must hold certifications in RHIA, RHIT, or CPC.• Expertise in revenue cycle reporting, Epic build, logic, claims adjudication, data analysis, and training.• Knowledge of clearinghouse processes and system integration.
Nice to Have:• Experience in public or community health, physician clinic revenue cycle, or working with FQHC or RHC settings.• Familiarity with healthcare operations in Mississippi is highly desirable.
