Roles & Responsibilities Development and Configuration: Develop and configure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, including data models, data flows, and integrations. Data Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and various data sources using APIs, ETL tools, and other integration technologies. Data Management: Ensure data quality, consistency, and security by implementing best practices for data governance and management. Customization: Customize and extend Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities through Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools. Automation: Automate data processing and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of data solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data models, integration processes, and custom solutions. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing data solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Desired Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or similar are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and related technologies. Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce development tools. Good knowledge in AMScripting of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Exposure to data integration with Cloud paltforms like GCP or AWS would be an advantage. Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs. Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Interpersonal Skills Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and integration techniques. Experience Salesforce Sales / Service, Financial Services Cloud and understanding of Banking products. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver in tight timelines Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
