Our prestigious law firm is looking for a Senior Attorney who specializes in Estate Planning to join our. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of trusts, wills, estate planning with the ability to immediately handle an established book of business. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in the legal field, the candidate should be able to provide innovative solutions tailored to the client's needs and circumstances. This role requires an individual who can work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and advanced directives.
  • Develop and implement effective estate plans tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Assist clients in the administration of trusts and estates.
  • Manage and mitigate potential legal risks associated with estate planning and wealth management.
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust litigation.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in estate planning, trust, and wealth management law.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 8 years of legal experience in estate planning, trusts, and wealth management.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Proven experience with gift tax laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to estate planning and wealth management.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and deliver excellent client service.
