This position will work with the Mapletree Asset Management, Technical Services, Finance and Procurement teams in leading all aspects of property management and operational excellence and overseeing third party management personnel.Job Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance on an annual basis.Review common area maintenance reconciliations and billing.Review monthly financial and operating reports.Identify initiatives for existing assets.Support acquisitions / dispositions teams as necessary.Ensure process and policy compliance and documentation.Oversee all aspects of vendor contracts and management.Committed to supporting ESG initiatives and policy.Support internal audits as required.Work closely with Asset Manager to deliver strategies for each asset.Provide subject matter expertise within property management platform.Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in business or finance or a related discipline. Will consider experience.At least 10 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as procurement of property management services.Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.Excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.Genuine team player with excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptability, attention to detail and a truly collaborative approach to stakeholders is required.Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.Experience in leading diverse teams.Institutional ownership experience a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
