Associate Creative Director - Social & Content

will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media and content strategies that align with their brand identity and marketing objectives. You will bring your expertise in social media trends, platform best practices, and content creation to develop thumb-stopping visuals and copy that resonate with their audience.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and execute creative social media and content campaigns for automotive clientCollaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams to develop social-first ideas that align with their brand and objectivesWrite compelling copy and develop engaging visuals for various social media platformsStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform creative decisionsPartner with content creators, influencers, and production teams to bring social media and content ideas to lifeEnsure all creative work aligns with their brand guidelines and tone of voicePresent creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clientsIncorporate client feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standardsMentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and creative team environmentAbout You5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on social media and content creationStrong portfolio showcasing innovative social media and content campaigns, preferably in the automotive industryExpertise in developing creative concepts and executing campaigns across various social media platformsExcellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a brand voice and toneProficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Have a deep understanding of AI, and how AI creative tools can be used to uplevel creative ideas and create quick-turn solutions for our clientUnderstanding of social media metrics and the ability to create content that drives engagement and achieves marketing objectivesCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative ideas to internal teams and clientsFamiliarity with luxury automotive brands, particularly those known for their sophisticated, innovative, and high-performance vehiclesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlinesBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related fieldBenefitsWhat We OfferExcellent, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-paid HRAGenerous PTO and 15 company-wide holidays401k with company contributionPaid parental leaveWork-life balance with an emphasis on personal well-beingCareer growth in a disruptor space & entrepreneurial opportunities within the Media.Monks networkA globally diverse & inclusive culture with employee resource groups such as S4 Melanin, Pride.Monks, Cultura.Monks, and more!Authentic commitment to DEI efforts and sustainable growth.Salary Range: $100,000—$125,000 USDAbout MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
