Associate Creative Director - Social & Content

will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media and content strategies that align with their brand identity and marketing objectives. You will bring your expertise in social media trends, platform best practices, and content creation to develop thumb-stopping visuals and copy that resonate with their audience.Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute creative social media and content campaigns for automotive client.Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams to develop social-first ideas that align with their brand and objectives.Write compelling copy and develop engaging visuals for various social media platforms.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform creative decisions.Partner with content creators, influencers, and production teams to bring social media and content ideas to life.Ensure all creative work aligns with their brand guidelines and tone of voice.Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clients.Incorporate client feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.About You:

5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on social media and content creation.Strong portfolio showcasing innovative social media and content campaigns, preferably in the automotive industry.Expertise in developing creative concepts and executing campaigns across various social media platforms.Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a brand voice and tone.Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Have a deep understanding of AI, and how AI creative tools can be used to uplevel creative ideas and create quick-turn solutions for our client.Understanding of social media metrics and the ability to create content that drives engagement and achieves marketing objectives.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative ideas to internal teams and clients.Familiarity with luxury automotive brands, particularly those known for their sophisticated, innovative, and high-performance vehicles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.What We Offer:
