Senior Counsel, Managed CareLarson Maddox has partnered with one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services seeking a Senior Counsel to join their team. This is a hybrid role located in Nashville, Tennessee, focusing on providing legal advice regarding managed care payor agreements and pre-litigation claims.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experience.Juris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolAdmission to, or eligibility for admission to, the Tennessee Bar.Key Responsibilities :Provide expert legal advice on managed care payor agreements, including drafting and regulatory issues.Negotiate terms and conditions of managed care agreements.Analyze and ensure compliance with agreements, fraud and abuse, and anti-trust concerns.Oversee the use of outside counsel and collaborate with various departments on pre-litigation disputes.Engage with Communications, Government Relations, and Ethics and Compliance departments as necessary.If you are interested in this role, please reach out to me at Samantha.Monroe@larsonmaddox.com
