You will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing paid search campaigns that grow sign ups and revenue. Additionally, this individual will work to identify opportunities for optimization in existing channels and new channels to test. This position is

hybrid , 3 days per week in the Austin HQ office.What will you be doing?Manage and closely monitor our paid search programs on Google and Bing.Closely analyze paid search metrics, regularly making optimizations and recommendations for improvement.Allocating and optimizing media budget to meet performance goals.Manage and direct our paid search agency to maximize growth.Develop paid search strategies that align with our overall marketing and business objectives.Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency.Work closely with analytics and business operations, our agencies, and intelligence partners to strengthen and grow a world-class paid search marketing program across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.Conduct keyword research and analyze ad copy for optimization opportunities.Partner with the SEO team to design and implement strategies for better reporting and SERP coverage.What are we looking for?5+ years hands-on experience in a paid search role.Direct campaign management experience required.A history of managing highly-performant paid search programs.4-year college degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field.Highly organized and analytical professional who makes data-driven decisions.Experience working with a variety of different departments and the ability to build business relationships.Experience with various marketing tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360).Strong time management skills; able to multitask and prioritize according to business needs.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
