A law firm seeks a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its Delray Beach, FL team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of family law experience and a portable book of business. This role involves managing various family law cases, providing compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients, and representing clients in court proceedings. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with a deep understanding of family law.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and domestic violence cases.Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.Provide effective and empathetic legal counsel to clients, guiding them through complex and emotional legal issues.Develop and implement case strategies that align with client goals and legal standards.Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration when appropriate.Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.Maintain regular communication with clients, informing them of case progress and developments.Collaborate with colleagues, including other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, to ensure the efficient handling of cases.Participate in firm meetings, training sessions, and continuing legal education to stay current with legal trends and developments.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.A portable book of business.Proven track record of handling family law cases.Strong knowledge of Florida family law and court procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.Skills:
