A law firm in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in product liability and complex commercial litigation, particularly within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm, and possess excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. This role requires collaborating with clients, supervising associates, and working closely with experts to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services.Job Duties:Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, business professionals, and third parties.Supervise and mentor junior associates on case-related tasks.Collaborate with experts to develop factual and expert evidence.Assist in fact development, depositions, and witness preparation.Review, draft, and respond to discovery requests, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.Contribute to the development of case strategy and litigation tactics.Maintain compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and quality standards.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including prolonged computer work and virtual meetings.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Maryland.3 years of litigation experience, preferably in an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Effective oral and written communication skills.Research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others.Education and Certifications:JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.Admission to the Maryland State Bar.Skills:Management and supervisory skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Good business judgment and decision-making abilities.Persuasive communication and influencing skills.Benefits:
