Job Overview:

A law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product liability and complex commercial litigation, with specific expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.Duties:Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Supervise junior associates and collaborate with them on case-related tasks.Work closely with experts in various fields to develop case strategies.Assist in fact development and conduct depositions as necessary.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.Participate in developing overall case strategy.Adhere to firm policies and practices, ensuring quality work product and meeting deadlines.Engage in physical and sedentary activities typical in a legal setting, including computer work, digital/virtual calls, and meetings.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Delaware.3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and related clients.Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Good business judgment and organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking capabilities.Persuasive communication and influencing skills.Management and strong project management capabilities.Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.Education and Certifications:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Delaware Bar.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.Demonstrated oral and written communication proficiency.Research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.Persuasive communication and influencing skills.Management skills to supervise junior associates.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.Benefits Offered:
