Summary:The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting and will ensure that Company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. Execute staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, conducting phone interviews to identify talent, building candidate pipeline, and increasing retention. The Recruiter will collaborate with department leaders on a regular basis and proactively assess future hiring needs for the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in managing talent for the organization by providing staffing support to multiple locations and multiple hiring managers.Participate in creating recruitment strategies and execution of resulting action items.Review and analyze resumes using ATS/job boards, create job descriptions, position requirements, post jobs, and assist in monitoring analytics.Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.Create a well-written job description for each search.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings and in-person interviews. Perform reference and background checks and employment verification as needed.Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing the interview process in a positive and customer service manner. Help coordinate future interviews for hiring managers.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.Manage onboarding and new hire process.Stay updated and continue to learn of recruiting trends and best practices.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Must have a sense of urgency and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to travel and meet with schools and local organizations occasionally for job fairs and networking.Follow up with department heads and candidates after placement to ensure both are satisfied.Education and Work Experience:At least 2 years of recruitment experience filling agency or in-house positions required.Additional recruitment experience filling positions for Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.
