We're seeking a talented Director of Human Resources to join our team and help us find the best and brightest candidates who share our mission and values.What You'll Do:Provide guidance and leadership

to the human resource management team; assists with resolving human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues. Develop schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals of HR department. Provide guidance on process improvement and automation.Develops efficient and effective management systems

that ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.Provide strategic HR oversight for the full talent life cycle

to recruit and retain the best talent. Ensures competitive compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs are implemented and administered.Designs and implements an effective performance appraisal system , including coaching and feedback, formal performance reviews, development planning and succession planning.Provides counsel on discipline and other employee relations matters, in accordance with company policy, and in alignment with local, state, and federal laws. Assists with investigations as needed.What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree

in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Master’s or law degree highly preferred.At least five years’ experience leading HR teams is required . At least ten years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred.Experience managing compensation programs is required . Certified Compensation Professional accreditation is strongly preferred.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.Why Join Us:
