We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support the company's growth and objectives.Consistently maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for various positions through our ATS on a daily basis.Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and perform interviews with candidates on a daily basis.Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Onboard new hires in collaboration with the HR team.Perform additional duties as required.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Experience in recruiting technical roles such as software development.Strong organizational and time management skills.Job Type: RemoteWork Hours: Eastern Standard Time - 9AM to 5PMWRS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to a work environment free of discrimination based on age, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, marital or veteran status or any other protected category.
