As a pivotal member of our HR team, you will lead our efforts in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring alignment with our company goals and culture.About The Role

Create, develop and drive monday.com talent acquisition strategyLeading and guiding a team, creating a collaborative and high-performance workplace.Driving innovation and improvement with best practices and new methods.Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.Staying up to date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.Your Experience & Skills

At least 2-4 years experience as a team lead in a Hi-tech companyStrong analytical and project management skillsExperience in talent sourcing and assessment methodologiesAbility to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneouslyResults-oriented with a competitive drive for successHigh level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalismImpeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsKnowledge of local country law related to recruitment.B.A in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalentAbility to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differencesDemonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEqual Opportunity Statement
