Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in CaliforniaProven experience as a construction litigation attorney, with a focus on construction law matters.Demonstrated ability to handle construction-related litigation cases, from pre-litigation through trial.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent oral advocacy skills for effective representation in court.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.Collaborative mindset with effective teamwork skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility to adapt to evolving construction projects and legal requirements.Salary
