We’re looking for an HR/Payroll Administrator to support our HR functions and keep our department running smoothly. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave and reconcile any variances.Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.Prepare monthly benefits invoices for finance (dept coding, variance analysis, etc.).Maintain vendor contact for payroll and other HR-related activities.Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.What’s Needed to Win:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.Proficient in HRIS systems for data entry and reporting.Preferred Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.What We Offer:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,0005 days in office for the first 6 months, then Hybrid work schedule.Eligible for overtime and premium working holiday pay rate.Good benefits.Passionate office environment surrounded by an incredible community of curious and talented colleagues.Our client is a qualifying employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
