Executive Assistant

to join the Somewear team at our SF office! In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and CTO, ensuring efficient and effective operations. We are looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented individual with experience in a start-up environment who can thrive in a fast-paced setting. Coordinate and manage executive projects and initiatives, including follow-ups and tracking progress.Organize internal tools to ensure centralized document and information repositories.Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Provide support in our San Francisco office, handling logistics for meetings, ensuring seamless remote event setups, greeting guests, and assisting with occasional event management.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda formation, material compilation, and minute-taking.Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.We’re Looking For Someone That

Has 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in high-growth environments.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload. You can keep track of multiple complex projects at once.Extreme detail-orientation. You triple-check your work and sweat the details.Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.Team player mentality. You are eager to support the team.Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and are comfortable interacting with all levels.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
