$31.03/hourlyWhat You Will Be Doing:As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will manage and coordinate recruitment advertising for the Department of Family and Community Services positions. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment postings on Workplace Alaska, developing standardized interview questions, participating in interview panels, making hiring recommendations and decisions in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

In this role, you will streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experiences, and cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our core values. You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees and represent the department at job fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events. As a key point of contact for both candidates and divisions, your impact will be significant.
