Key Responsibilities:Contract Administration : Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts. Ensure all contracts are accurately maintained and updated. Track contract renewals and expirations and notify relevant parties.Budget Administration : Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets. Prepare budget reports and forecasts. Support management in financial planning and decision-making.Special Projects : Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Project Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, budgets, timelines, and reports. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement within projects and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in budget administration, contract administration or closely related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $69,000 to $94,000 per year.ACS currently provides the following benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, flexible spending account or health care savings account, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, short- and long-term disability, and 4-week work from anywhere; each benefit is subject to the terms of the applicable program.
